Free shipping on all orders $125 and over

As a reminder, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 3-5 days for shipping (most times sooner). We will notify you when your order has been shipped along with its tracking number. IMPORTANT: Scrub Maven is not responsible for any delayed, lost or stolen packages once it has been accepted by UPS or FedEX.

ORDERS ARE PROCESSED MONDAY - FRIDAY 9:00 AM-5:00 PM CST.

Orders placed after 5:30 PM CST will not be processed until Monday (excluding holidays)

 

RETURN POLICY:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: All Returns are at the cost of the customer unless Scrub Maven made an error leading to the customer needing to return items.

Original shipping/processing charges are not refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@scrubmaven.com. Once your return is received, we will notify you via email. If your order has been approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Items That Can Not Be Returned or Exchanged

Embroidered garments can not be returned unless we have made an error in embroidering your garment.

Accessories and compression socks.
